Amendment No. 1 (title amendment) was offered by Representative Seaton: Page 1, lines 2 - 3: Delete all material. Insert "impoundments of vehicles used in certain offenses, notices relating to motor vehicles, and notices relating to driver's licenses."" Representative Seaton moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered, and the new title follows: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 347(JUD)(title am) "An Act relating to mandatory motor vehicle insurance, license suspensions, mandatory impoundments of vehicles used in certain offenses, notices relating to motor vehicles, and notices relating to driver's licenses." 2006-04-21 House Journal Page 3269 Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Berkowitz: Page 2, line 16: Delete "shall" Insert "may" Representative Berkowitz moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted.
